ZONING HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Pocono Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
October 25, 2023, beginning at 5:00 P.M., at the Pocono Township Municipal Building, 112
Township Drive, Tannersville, Pennsylvania 18372 to consider the application of Brookstead LLC
for a variance from Section 470-34 of the Pocono Township Zoning Ordinance. That section
requires 2.25 off-street parking spaces for each dwelling unit in a multifamily residential
structure. Applicant seeks to construct 2.0 off-street parking spaces for each dwelling unit.
Brookstead LLC owns the subject property, which is located at 2343 Route 611, in Pocono
Township, Monroe County, PA, in the Commercial (C) zoning district. The property is further
identified as Monroe County Parcel ID No. 12.6A.2.2 and Map No. 12-6363-02-98-3600.
The complete application is available for inspection (without charge) or copying (for
actual copying costs) at the Township’s office at the address listed above from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. Anyone may attend the hearing and those who are affected and have legal standing may
