NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Pocono Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing commencing at 5:00 PM on Wednesday December 13, 2023, at the Pocono Township Municipal Building located at 112 Township Drive, Tannersville, Pennsylvania 18372 to consider the following application for a conditional use:
Application of TRAP Enterprises, LLC for a conditional use approval pursuant to Sections 470-88 through 470-104 of the Pocono Township Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction of a Planned Residential Development to be constructed along Route 611, Tannersville, Pennsylvania 18372 on the property known as Monroe County Parcel I.D. 12.11.1.32-5, Map Number 12636400648660. The subject property consists of approximately 84.05 acres and is located in the RD Recreation Zoning District.
Copies of the application materials are available for public inspection at the Pocono Township Municipal Building during normal business hours.
